How long will it take to receive my order? 
  • Answer: If you place an order before 1pm GMT, we try our best to ship the order on the same day. Any order placed after 1pm GMT, will be shipped the following working day. Our warehouse is closed on the weekend and on UK bank holidays so if any orders are placed then, they will be picked, packed and dispatched the next working day. So if you put through an order on the Friday after 1pm, Saturday or Sunday, your order will be processed on the Monday.
How do I track my parcel?
  • Answer: You can track your parcel via RoyalMail or DPD. Simply use the tracking number provided to you in your shipping confirmation email.
What do I do if my parcel hasn’t arrived?
  • Answer: If you have any delivery issues, please contact us immediately so we can track your parcel. Report any lost or damaged orders within 14 days of purchase for a refund or replacement. After 14 days, we cannot process claims.
My tracking information shows my package is delivered, but I haven’t received it. What should I do?
  • Answer: If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you haven’t received it, please check around your property and with neighbours first. If you still cannot locate the package, contact us for assistance.
Why is my tracking information not updating?
  • Answer: Tracking information may not update immediately once the package is shipped. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to be updated. If the information still has not been updated after this period then please contact us.
What should I do if my order is delayed?
  • Answer: Sometimes delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or customs processing. If your package is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will investigate the issue for you.
